The bag hasn’t arrived purchased on 11/26. Two bags. And no correspondence. I’ve emailed multiple times. I will be getting my money back.

I ordered this bag on 11/22. I got an email on 11/23 saying it was on the way and included a tracking number. That tracking number continued to give updates, and showing the last location. Until, 12/1 when it said, “in transit to next facility arriving late”. It updated that message on 12/2, 12/3, and 12/4. Then nothing. I emailed the company two or three times. No response. Then I get an email on 12/7 asking me to review my order. LOL! What order?! I haven’t received ANYTHING! I email again! I finally get an automated email on 12/11 saying, “your shipping status has been updated”, including a new tracking number. Still no explanation whatsoever. Was the package lost? Why am I getting a new tracking number? I email again, no response. I’ve commented on a YouTube short video replying to another customer who hadn’t received their order. I’ve sent a message on Instagram and NOW I’m writing this review as I see many people have not received their orders. I understand holiday shipping and mail is slow, but what is beyond unacceptable is your 0 customer service! I can’t reach, talk, or get a response out of anyone. It’s sick! My daughter asked for this for Christmas. She plays soccer and she’s the one that showed me your YouTube account, she’s the one that put your bag specifically on her Santa list. I want a refund!!!! And I will go buy her a Nike bag that will actually be under the tree!
